Has anyone here ever walked in their sleep, or experienced other sleeping abnormalities? If so, what are your memories of those experiences, if you have any? What are the stories you've heard, from family and friends, about those experiences?

Thu, December 1, 2005 - 4:58 PMWhile I do not generally walk in my sleep, I can be quite active. On occasion, I will sit up and carry on a coherent conversation, looking the speaker directly in the eye while completely asleep. When I awake, my memory of the conversation is more like that of a dream and I am not sure it has really happened until someone confesses to having had the conversation with me.
